Location: the hotel was next to many restaurants and bars as well as the local shopping mall. We found nice Kinzukido Hompo nearby with hot beverages. Booked a room even with the humidifier.

Will be back for the location, it was marvellous and good. It's good standard and beautiful place to stay 1 mile away from Waki Golf Club. Staff is amiable and you can park your car nearby.

I recently stayed at Green Rich Hotel in downtown Iwakuni for a few nights. The room size was larger than typical Japanese hotels and had comfortable US full size beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and the train station. Another unique aspect was that each time I stayed, I got a different room with different amenities like a glass shower wall, a massage chair, and more. The hotel also had cheap parking and a balanced breakfast with plenty of choices.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Firstly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist with any issues or concerns I had. Secondly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and find plenty of dining options nearby. Lastly, the rooms were clean and neat, albeit a bit small. However, considering the affordable price, this was to be expected. I had a great experience at this hotel.
